Neil Pritchard - Managing Director/Owner
Neil is responsible for the day to day running of and the development and expansion of Prism Technology’s business
activities.
Prior to establishing Prism Technology, Pritchard was director and principal consultant of Pritchard Consulting, a
successful consulting business which designs server based computing platforms for deploying custom CRM, Financial
and core business applications across medium to large organisations. Working within the mortgage broking and
intermediary market, Pritchard has designed and implemented Business solutions in many of the leading UK
brokerages.
As the former IT Director of Savills Plc, Pritchard pioneered one of the first European implementations of Pivotal
eRelationship and earliest Citrix based CRM deployments within the UK.
Pritchard has worked for many years as a project manager and consultant within leading consulting groups, System
Integrators, Financial Services and the Automotive Industry, heading up IT within companies such as Peugeot/Citroen
Finance. He has worked extensively on IT projects across Europe and the US.
Prichard has a BSC in Information Systems from Brunel University and an MBA from Essex University.

Nigel Smee - Technical Director/Owner
Nigel is responsible for the development and expansion of Prism Technology’s technical activities and for managing the
hosting and professional services divisions, whilst working closely with Neil Pritchard to lead Prism Technology in
developing and implementing leading edge solutions for business within the group and across its client base.
As the former UK Infrastructure Manager of Savills Plc, Nigel played a pivotal & leading role in the design,
implementation and administration of their National and International Networks and Systems, deploying a Server Based
Computing solution across the groups UK office base as well as into their European and South East Asia operations.
Prior to joining Neil in the establishing of Prism Technology, Nigel had spent some 15 years in the IT field, holding senior
technical and management positions within a number of industries, as well as within systems integration companies.
He has over the years gained a wealth of wide ranging technical experience as a Systems Engineer and Consultant.
